Heol Pont y Goron

Welcome to all our new residents moving in to Heol Pont y Goron this month.The new development was built on the site of the old Crownbridge School and now consists of 22 brand new homes. The properties comprise of 6 x 2 bedroom houses, 4 x 3 bedroom houses, 3 x 3 bed detached houses, 1 x 5 bed house, 4 x 2 bed apartments and 4 x 1 bed apartments.

Six properties were sold through Torfaen’s Help to Own Scheme by Melin’s Homebuy Team.

The development marks us having our 4000th home, with an event next week to celebrate this milestone.
