Recently we have had examples of energy salesman claiming they are working ‘with Melin and all other housing associations’ when residents have said they have been speaking to our energy advisor. This simply isn’t true. We provide impartial advice to our residents based on how they can save money on their energy bills, but we are not aligned with any one energy company.
