The Welsh Government has again awarded us a pass in its annual judgement on our financial viability. As part of the wider Housing Association Regulatory Asssement (HARA) process, the Welsh Government considered our audited financial accounts, business plan and long term financial forecasts.
Deputy Chief Executive, Peter Crockett said; “In challenging financial times for all, it’s pleasing the Welsh Government has recognised our current and projected finances as sound and we can continue to deliver for our residents and shareholders. We have an ambitious plan of home improvements, new services and homes and this judgement can provide confidence to residents and partners that we can deliver on these plans.”
