Over the last year, some of you may have taken part in our STAR survey. I would personally like to thank those of you that did complete the survey as it really means a lot to my team and me. If you didn’t, then you will have another chance next year, when we do the STAR survey again.

Over the last year, some of you may have taken part in our STAR survey. I would personally like to thank those of you that did complete the survey as it really means a lot to my team and me. If you didn’t, then you will have another chance next year, when we do the STAR survey again.
In our world, STAR is recognized as being one of the best ways to understand how you feel about your home, where you live and the services we provide.
We want to make sure that the services we provide you with are the best they can be and we can only do that when you tell us what really matters to you. So, from the results we received we will be taking on board all of your feedback and comments and using them to improve the way we do things here at Melin. To make sure of this we will be working with the Residents’ Panel to agree on how we are going to about making those improvements and we will let you know how things go.
Below you will see some of our results, good in some areas and not so good in others. But as I mentioned before we will be using these results to change how we do things across all the services we provide you with and ultimately make living in one of our homes better for you.
