STAR Survey

Enter our resident prize draw to win £200 in shopping vouchers! All you need to do is complete our STAR survey which we have sent your way. This is not just any survey, it is a chance to make a real difference to the way we do things here at Melin. We really value the feedback that you gave us in last year’s survey and have been busy making changes based on what you told us. If you need to talk to anyone about the survey or have any questions then please contact our Customer Contact Team on 01495 745910 or you can email enquiries@melinhomes.co.uk

What is STAR?

STAR stands for Satisfaction of Tenants and Residents. It’s a recognised survey that’s used across England and Wales by housing providers to find out what residents think about the services that we offer.

Do I have to fill in the survey?

It is not compulsory, it is your choice to take part. However if you do, your details will be entered into a prize draw to win £200 in high street vouchers in time for Christmas.

Is it confidential and will my information be safe?

We use an independent company to collect all the responses from residents. It is completely anonymous and we cannot see individual responses if you don’t want us to. If you do want to pass on your comments then you can tick the box at the end of the survey and we can get back to you. All your information is handled securely and in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

How will I find out about the results?

We will make the results available over the next few months. This will be available on our website and residents newsletter. We will also be letting you know what we are doing to address your feedback throughout the year with our ‘You said, we did’ commitment.
