Tier 3 Directors announced for planned merger
We are delighted to announce the designate director tier of our proposed merger with Newport City Homes. This team will report into our Group Executives announced in August this year.

Next steps
Now these Tier 3 directors are in place we can continue to show how we can deliver for the people and places we serve.
Between now and April 2025, we’ll continue to be supported by our other Director colleagues – Sharon Crockett, Elizabeth Howard, Tom Broadhead and Gerrard Williams.
We thank them all for their contributions so far and are looking forward to continuing working with them through the next important stages.
