Welcome to our new Chief Executive

We are delighted to welcome Paula Kennedy to the Melin family as our new Chief Executive. Paula took up her new role on 6th February and joins us from leading Bristol based care organisation, Brunelcare.

Paula said; “I am excited to be the Chief Executive of what I see as a leading Welsh housing association. It’s great to also be making the move back to the positive policy and political environment of Wales and I look forward to working with local politicians closely.”

Paula has already attended board meetings and has met with some staff prior to taking up her new role. The first few weeks in her new role are likely to see her outlining future plans with staff and local stakeholders. We are sure you will join us in welcoming Paula to the Melin team.
