Book a repair
Types of repairs
Emergency repairs (out of hours): If you need an emergency repair outside of office hours or over a holiday period, you should call 01495 745910 and press option 2.
Routine: A routine repair is something that is not likely to cause any damage to your home or effect your health, which could be something like blocked gutters or kitchen repairs. We will complete routine repairs within 28 days.
Please tell us about a repair as soon as possible. There are a few ways to report an issue and book a repair.
By text. Send us a text including your house number, post code and a brief description of the problem to 07860 027935
If you’re on Whatsapp, just add the number 07830 365910 to your contacts and send us a message.
By phone. Call us on 01495 745910 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
In an emergency
In emergency only – outside normal office hours, on weekends and Bank Holidays, please call 01495 745910 and press option 2. (You will be charged for any call out which is not a true emergency)
When the repair is done
When we have done the repair, we will send you a Repairs Satisfaction questionnaire to find out if you are satisfied. Please take the time to complete it, it helps us to improve the services we provide.
